The Company shall not be responsible for payment failures, banking errors, or interruptions caused solely by banks, payment gateways, UPI providers, or other third-party payment systems, subject to applicable law.
Any applicable GST or other taxes may be charged in addition to the subscription amount or included in the displayed price, as specified at the time of purchase.
Where a subscription is for a fixed period, it shall remain valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. If automatic renewal is offered, the User shall be clearly informed before subscribing, and any recurring payment authorisation shall be obtained in accordance with applicable requirements.
Users may cancel future renewal in accordance with the cancellation procedure displayed on the Platform. Cancellation of future renewal does not automatically entitle the User to a refund for a subscription period already purchased, except as provided under the Refund and Cancellation Policy or applicable law.
Subscription cancellation and refund eligibility shall be governed by the Company's Refund and Cancellation Policy displayed on the Platform.
Where the User has been charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical or payment-processing error, the Company shall verify the transaction and process the appropriate refund, where applicable. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict any refund or remedy to which a User is entitled under applicable law.
Hotels, cab operators, shops, restaurants, guides, vendors, and other businesses or service providers displayed on the Platform are generally independent third parties.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the Company does not own, manage, operate, or control such third-party businesses. The Platform primarily facilitates discovery of such businesses and services. A listing on the Platform shall not by itself constitute an endorsement, guarantee, certification, or recommendation by the Company.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and updated information. However, information relating to third-party businesses may change from time to time, including:
Information regarding temples may include location, timings, festivals, pooja timings, dress requirements, facilities, contact information, and other visitor information.
Temple timings, rituals, entry restrictions, darshan arrangements, festival schedules, and other conditions may change without notice. The Company does not control the administration or activities of temples unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users are advised to verify important information with the concerned temple or authorised temple administration before travelling.The Platform is intended to provide information and convenience to Users. The listing or non-listing of any temple, religious institution, deity, denomination, tradition, or religious service shall not be interpreted as an endorsement, preference, criticism, or representation by the Company regarding any religion, faith, or religious practice.
Hotel and accommodation information displayed on the Platform may be provided by the respective establishments or obtained from publicly available or authorised sources.
Unless the Platform expressly provides a booking service, Users shall make bookings and payments directly with the relevant hotel or accommodation provider. The relevant hotel shall be responsible for accommodation, tariff, cancellation, check-in/check-out, amenities, safety, and other services provided by it.
Cab operators, drivers, and transportation providers listed on the Platform are independent service providers unless expressly stated otherwise.
Users are responsible for confirming the fare, route, vehicle details, driver details, pickup location, travel time, and other conditions before commencing a journey. Where the Company merely provides contact or listing information, the transportation contract shall be between the User and the relevant transportation provider.
Shops, restaurants, flower vendors, pooja-item sellers, and other businesses listed on the Platform are responsible for their own goods and services, including quality, price, availability, statutory compliance, and customer service.
Users should verify prices and product/service details directly with the relevant vendor before purchasing.
Where a User contacts, books, purchases from, or enters into any transaction directly with a third-party service provider, such transaction shall be between the User and the relevant third party.
The Company shall not be a party to such transaction merely because the third party was discovered through the Platform. Any dispute concerning the actual goods or services supplied by the third party should ordinarily be raised with the relevant service provider, without prejudice to any rights available to the User under applicable law.
Certain businesses may pay the Company for advertisements, featured placement, promoted listings, or other visibility services. Such paid or sponsored listings may be appropriately identified wherever required.
Payment for listing or promotion does not constitute a guarantee by the Company regarding the quality of the relevant business or its goods or services.

Displaying a hotel, cab, shop, or other service near a temple does not guarantee that such service will be available at the time the User requires it. Users are advised to contact the relevant service provider directly to confirm availability.
Users are responsible for exercising reasonable care while travelling, visiting temples, using transportation services, staying at hotels, or purchasing goods and services.
Users should independently assess local conditions, travel requirements, and the suitability of any third-party provider before using its services. Nothing displayed on the Platform should be treated as an assurance that a particular location, journey, or third-party service is free from risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for losses arising solely from the acts, omissions, negligence, fraud, service deficiencies, or misconduct of independent third-party businesses or service providers listed on the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or any statutory rights available to consumers.
The Company may modify, add, or discontinue Platform features and may revise subscription plans or pricing from time to time. Changes to pricing shall not ordinarily affect a subscription period already paid for unless required by law or expressly agreed with the User.
